Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service
Representative to support clients' customers by resolving inquiries
and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding
their accounts
Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company policies and
technology
Provide exceptional service while managing customer complaints and
difficult situations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of six months experience in customer service or call center
environment
Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems
Must pass a background check and meet internet service
requirements
